Best Buy at 850 Cobb Place Boulevard Northwest, Kennesaw, Georgia.

I recently entered the Best Buy store number 501 located at 850 Cobb Place Boulevard Northwest Kennesaw Georgia 30144 around 830pm on May 5th. I've never experienced the most ridiculous customer service I have experience as a customer at any establishment. Being someone that has work for Best Buy I know exactly where things are located or what departments to go to the find product, but instead when I went to find an item that was recently released that would be locked up at the front with the rest of the brand new product I was sent to roam the store to "find it on my own" I even asked the employee to check, just to verify that the product was actually there to begin with and instead he didn't do anything. He literally pointed his finger and told me to go "find it on my own." I then asked two more employees to help me find the same product and they told me that somebody would come and help me even though I asked them specifically just a page for someone, instead they told me someone was going to come and help me eventually, and said they said you'll be able to find it go ahead and look. I've never felt more insulted then I have by these employees and how they treat their customers. If this is how Best Buy is going to treat their customers then it surprises me locations like this are still open to begin with.

Several issues. Bought a washer and dryer. I was very excited and I had never used Best Buy for a major purchase. Purchase was straightforward. The delivery was less than desirable. I paid for my old washer and dryer to be removed, but the installers tasked me if they were staying or leaving when they arrived at my home. Either, communication was poor or they didn't want to take them away. I told them I paid for them to be taken away and they looked annoyed. This started the downward spiral. I also paid for installation of the new washer and dryer. They said they COULDN'T hookup the dryer duct because it ran under my stairs (I assume this would take too much time). I didn't worry about this because it's not hard for me to hook it up. When they were "finished" I asked why the steam hose was not attached to the dryer, they got quiet and looked at each other and said "we don't hook that up". I was confused because I, again, PAID for installation. They told me I had to hook it up. After they left, I called customer service because I couldn't get the hose unhooked from the wall to attach the splitter. The first person I spoke to was very friendly. After I explained, in detail, the problems I had, I was transferred. The new person was not told of my issues and I had to explain the problems all over again. She was NOT friendly. She did not rectify the issue and told me I would have to wait until the next day for a new crew to come out. I really wanted the old crew to be made aware that they did not do what they needed to do. I'm sure this crew is still working with no correction. Just know, if you pay for installation, you will not have your washer and dryer completely installed.
