My daughter started at 4 months and from the first week she got pink eye and brought it home to me and my wife. Also they advised before enrollment that the classrooms were recorded so if an incident happened we could recall them. 2 months ago we picked her up from school she had a huge bruise on her forehead and offered no explanation of how AFTER we brought to there attention as if they didn’t even see it themselves. Which makes us speculate if they have too many kids in one class or are they not playing attention to the kids? A couple of days later my daughter had her fingers slammed in the classroom fridge. Why are they not being monitored? I purchased my own sheets because I was uneasy of the cleanliness of the facility and they threw them away!! I was told she had her own crib but when I would pick her up she would never be in here own crib that is unacceptable they are exposing the kids to other kids germs and viral infections. She got lice from sharing a bed at the school. My wife and I have never experienced any of these things in our lives. The director Jennatte is very condescending and rude, everyday I have a email telling me things like she had food on her shirt so we changed it but when she got hurt nobody told me even when I picked her up. My daughter had a fever of 102 was told she could not return until 24hrs fever free but we still took her to the doctor it was teething. An hour after dropping her off they called and said we have to pick her up because she had no note to return. Why wouldn’t you tell us this before we left? Completely outraged, very inconsiderate for working parents. This is her last day she will never return, my wife would consider staying home and losing income before letting our child return.
