Very nice people and great service. No drama, very respectful. I drive pass 5 other dry cleaners to get to this one.

I am writing this review after my first and last experience with this company. I really do avoid writing negative reviews, as I know the potential impact on a small business it might have, but in this situation it is fully warranted.

Two items were given to this business, one with very very specific instructions (although NOT difficult instructions) that I required to be accomplished. Upon picking up my items not only was the level of service they provided absolutely below par (in the sense that my items were NOT the way I requested them to be treated) the gentleman (whom I assume is the owner/manager) proceeded to attempt to justify to me WHY he didn't follow the very exact instructions.

On top of that I was charged 2x of the value of the service rendered.

Absolutely unacceptable. I had to go home and finish the ironing job that they did not do. Shameful.

Avoid at all cost.
