Enchanted Nails at 425 Ernest W Barrett Parkway Northwest, Kennesaw, Georgia.

My friends and I called ahead of time to do our nails. When we got there, only one person acknowledged us the whole entire time and he atleast tried to get us all seated, he managed to get one of my friends seated but the rest of us had to keep waiting. Then out of nowhere a women comes in and asks one of the ladies that is working there if she could take her, and automatically she says “yes of course, I only take people I like “ mind you, My friends and I were there before this women and waiting atleast 40 mins! We even CALLED before coming in ! It was absolutely disrespectful!! I was so angry ! How can you make us wait for as long as you did and someone who JUST walked in with NO appointment goes first ? Absolutely ridiculous! I’m going to make sure to tell everyone about this horrible customer service I received here today ! Never stepping foot in this salon again !
