I am not a regular customer, but I used this branch to send money abroad using Western Union. When I had to change the destination of my transfer, Western Union made it very difficult, but the staff in this branch stopped at nothing to sort out all of the problems and make sure my transfer got where it needed to go, even continuing to work on it after I had to leave the branch to return to work - the teller ensured that the transfer eventually went through correctly and emailed me my confirmation details.
