U Club on Frey at 3995 Frey Road, Kennesaw, Georgia.

Being honest, the quality of living is decent but extremely overpriced. Maintenance is non-existent. I had water damage over winter break and maintenance didn't even help. I had to beg U Club to fix the mold issue. On top of that, the bookkeeper kept charging me double my rent along with an overdue balance that was from the prior roomate. To top it all off, my car was broken into and U Club said that they aren't reliable for anything--not even for security cameras for the parking lots. It would have been nice to be in a place with security cameras that aren't only facing the pools and lobby.

The only upside to this place (for some) is that it seems like U Club expects its residents to smoke weed while strolling across the complex mid-day. I knew coming into this place that there were rumors about these illegal happenings, but I didn't expect it to be this...open. I mean, I don't care what people do in their own privacy, but this is just too much.

Overall, it's a great place for college kids who don't mind paying double the rent for 4/20 fest year-round whilst living in moldy rooms with no security whatsoever, all being funded by American Campus.
