Who contracted this company?! They answer the phone, it just goes to voicemail with no hope of a return call. They take your money through garnishment and can't even speak to you as far as an update on your account. This place is a joke.

Cannot get a live person. They have been garnishing my wages for an old syudebt loasn thast had been dismissed due to permanent disability. They have now garnished $200 over the amount that was owed and due to collect, and still continue to garnish my social security. When I call, all I get is a recording that says "sorry I cannot leave a message now because this users mailbox is full."

I'm now being forced to hire an attorney to deal with the matter and he plans to get all of my money back from them because I have been permanently disabled since 2005 and they did not legally have the right to reinstate the loan after it was dismissed!
