I walked in and looked around for about 15 minutes and no one asked if I needed any help. Then I asked a lady who worked there if she could help me with a watch and she replied “yes when I’m done with this customer” when she was done a guy walked in the store that looked like he had more money then me I guess because she went straight to him and see if he needed help. Which was funny because I had 3 grand cash on me and was about to buy a $1,500 watch. Needless to say the other guy didn’t buy anything and NEITHER DID I! The staff here is a joke and the black people only help black people and the white people wont help black people either. HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP! I will never go to Jared or Kay ever again. They are sister stores and work together. They will both get a 1 star review today.
