My Kids' Dentists at 205 Hawkins Store Road Northeast NW Suite 100, Kennesaw, Georgia.

My Daughter has always loved this practice,but today my daughter stayed home from school sick and went to the doctor late this afternoon w strep throat.I called the office today at 1:16pm to cancel her appt for tomorrow at 4:15 and was told we will be charged a $50 fee for not cancelling this appt soon enough.?They want her to come in if she has a cold,but not if she has anything more and would check to see if they could do anything about the fee to let them know after her appt at the Doc.
I am completely turned off by this office encouraging sick people to come in for their cleaning and being told we will be charged $50. for giving 24 hour notice?Ridiculous! I can see the day of the appt,but not a 24 hour notice and this is a Monday.Her appt.is on Tuesday afternoon late.
