Dr. Breton was on call for my physician (an amazing doc). I have a horrible sinus infection with classic symptoms. I get them from time-to-time when my allergies get bad and I'm very familiar. I not only told her I have fullness in my ears, pain in the sinus cavity under my eyes, a sore throat and discolored discharge but that I'm dealing with a condition (which I explained) that makes going to urgent care at the moment near impossible. She told me to put a warm washcloth on my eyes and call my doc on Monday Morning, a full 48 hours away. If she bothered to look at my records or listen, perhaps she'd understand this is something I sometimes get and calling in an antibiotic, being that this is not uncommon for me, doesn't seem too difficult. I will go elsewhere to get what I need so my sinus infection doesn't progress while holding her recommended warm washcloth on my eyes for the next 48 hours.
