Wells Fargo Dealer Services at 600 Townpark Lane # 400, Kennesaw, Georgia.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER from TOP to BOTTOM. My husband has been paying on time and all the sudden they cant figure out where a payment went and dinged his credit and NOBODY told him. (This isnt the first time..)No curtsy call nothing. Nobody in this company from the customer service all the way to the president and a specialist CAN TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON. How does the PRESIDENT not have an answer for us?! Or a specialist!? Still no answers so at this point you all are a bunch of crooks. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I will admit they financed me for a car when I had almost no credit (co signed with someone with fairly good credit though), they are very difficult to work with. They refuse to work with you regarding refinancing or getting a new loan. They "only" work with dealers when reapplying for a loan. The answers you receive change depending on who you talk to. They are rude and offer you no help when it comes to making your payments. If you're late, you better catch up quick.
